Hi everyone!!!! Here is ALL the information you need to know and have about the YHS Chamber Singers Alumni Concert!! If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me: rwesterberg@yorkschools.org

We currently have the following people signed up – red = cannot make it, yellow is a maybe (reach out to any you don’t see on the list yet) 😉 I will update this list every few days.

WHEN? June 14th!!

  • Rehearsals on Saturday morning, June 14 in the YHS Chorus room. You may enter from the chorus room exterior entrance.
  • 9:00 to 9:30 – arrive and say hi to everybody! I will have some unhealthy breakfast stuff and some coffee for you 😉
  • 9:30 to noon (with breaks) – rehearse our choral selections w/Mrs. Clough
  • 1:00 to 3:00 – solos/duets rehearse with Mrs. Clough
  • 7:00 – CONCERT in the YCA

WHAT TO WEAR?

  • Just something nice 🙂 Doesn’t have to be overly formal or coordinated

HOW DO I PREPARE?

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to this google folder. These have PDFs and PRACTICE TRACKS for EVERY SONG we are singing!
  • You do NOT need to sing every song, sing only the ones you’d like to! BUT, please arrive knowing the music to the songs you will be singing. The only exceptions: PLEASE EVERYONE learn and prepare: 1) Lily Of The Valley (8 parts, choose the one most comfortable for you) and 2) If You Believe In Music (the closer!)
  • ALL DIVISI songs: choose the part you’d like, we’ll work out balance on the 14th
  • Please PRINT any of the songs you’ll be singing.
  • Please bring a folder (just a cardboard one is fine) to keep your music in 🙂
